Two things first
You own the designs the Service generates for you, to the extent ownership is available in law. You may use them commercially: tattoo them, sell them, publish them.
A generated design may resemble existing artwork by coincidence. We do not warrant that any generated design is original, non-infringing, or protectable. You are responsible for reviewing every design before you use it, tattoo it, or sell it. It is going on skin permanently — look at it properly first.

Bad Vibes Studio (“the Service”) is operated by Nico Winter, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada ([entity to be confirmed]) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older and using the Service for professional or personal tattoo design work. One account per person; accounts may not be shared.
You upload reference images and describe what you want. We send that material to third-party AI image-generation providers, which return generated images. We store your uploads and generated designs in your account.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it to our AI providers solely to operate the Service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload each image — including any photograph of a client’s body — and that you have that person’s permission.

AI models are trained on large image collections. A generated design may resemble existing artwork by coincidence, and in some jurisdictions AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection at all. We do not warrant that any generated design is original, non-infringing, or protectable. You are responsible for reviewing every design before you use it, tattoo it, or sell it. If you ask the Service to imitate a specific named artist or a specific existing tattoo, that is your decision and your risk.
Credits are a prepaid unit of account for generation, not currency, and have no cash value. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period; unused allowance credits expire one month after they are granted. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active. Credits are consumed when a generation runs, including runs whose results you don’t like — the cost to us is incurred either way. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits are returned automatically.
$99/month unless otherwise agreed (founding members are grandfathered at their stated rate). Billed in advance, automatically renewing until you cancel. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds: unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed credits and elapsed subscription time are not. Chargebacks may result in suspension.
You may not use the Service to generate: hate symbols or content promoting hatred against a protected group; sexual content involving minors; realistic imagery of identifiable real people without their consent; content designed to deceive or defraud. You may not resell access to the Service, share your login, or attempt to extract our prompts or models. We may suspend an account for a breach. The full list is on the Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service depends on third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uptime, generation speed, queue position, or that any particular result will be produced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or the consequences of any tattoo applied.
We may change these terms; material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
