From the client list, at any time, and it cascades: deleting a consultation deletes its recording and its transcript, and deleting a client deletes every consultation attached to them — recordings, transcripts and derived notes go with the person. Their boards are kept and shown as unfiled: a board is an arrangement of reference imagery you made, which is your work, not their personal information.
There is no per-item delete button in the app yet. Email hello@badvibes.ca and we will remove the file — that is a right you have under PIPEDA and we answer within 30 days, usually far sooner. Meanwhile the retention clock runs on its own: a photograph of a client is deleted 90 days after upload no matter what, and a reference image 90 days after upload unless a saved board still uses it.
Email hello@badvibes.ca from your account address, or use the in-app control. We delete your uploads, designs, boards, clients, consultation recordings and transcripts, and personal information within 30 days, and purge backups within a further 30 days. We retain billing records for seven years as tax law requires, and an anonymized record of usage volumes.
