Prohibited

• hate symbols and content promoting hatred;
• sexual content involving minors, and sexual content generally;
• realistic depictions of identifiable real people without consent;
• deliberate copies of another artist’s specific existing work presented as your own;
• content that is illegal in Canada or your jurisdiction;
• attempts to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or account controls;
• automated scraping of the Service;
• reselling access.

How this is enforced

Our AI providers apply their own safety filters, and a blocked generation still consumes provider capacity. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content will suspend the account. Report concerns to hello@badvibes.ca.
